Airbnb has launched a Co-Host Network, allowing hosts to hire top-rated local co-hosts for property management tasks. This initiative aims to alleviate the complexities of managing multiple listings, particularly for hosts facing declining incomes. Initially, the company has onboarded 10,000 hosts across ten countries, all rated above 4.8. Co-hosts can assist with diverse tasks, including guest support and pricing strategies, while setting their own service rates. Airbnb is also incorporating AI to enhance user support and streamline operations for both hosts and guests.
