Users can now share a public URL to their profiles, showcasing their viewing history and Watchlist. The update allows for customizable privacy settings regarding who can see ratings and reviews. Initially launched in November 2023, the 'Discover Together' feature faced some backlash but has evolved to improve user experience. Additionally, a new user interface is being rolled out, starting on Apple TV, enhancing navigation and accessibility. Plex Pass subscribers will also benefit from improved video quality through HEVC hardware encoding.
