Poshmark has reversed its recent decision to lower selling fees after sellers reported a significant decline in sales. Following outrage from the seller community, CEO Manish Chandra issued an apology, stating that the new fee structure led to decreased shopper spending. Initially, Poshmark aimed to introduce a 5.99% seller fee along with new buyer charges, but feedback indicated that many sellers struggled to make sales under the new system. The original fee structure will be reinstated on October 24, along with a rebate for affected sellers.
