Razer Zephyr Refunds Underway Following FTC Settlement
The FTC is now processing refunds for customers who purchased Razer's controversial Zephyr smart mask after a settlement of over $1 million. The mask, which falsely claimed to provide N95 protection against COVID-19, led to a lawsuit against Razer last year. As part of the settlement, affected customers can expect refunds via check or PayPal, with approximately 6,764 individuals eligible for compensation. Razer was also fined $100,000 for its misleading claims regarding the product, which was priced at $100 each during its sales period.
