A significant ransomware attack on Tata Technologies has escalated as the cybercrime group Hunters International leaked 1.4 terabytes of sensitive data on the dark web. This dataset includes confidential documents related to current and former employees, as well as client agreements with American and Indian firms. More than 730,000 files were disclosed, raising alarms about the company’s data security. Despite previous assurances that client services remained unaffected, the recent leak casts doubts on this claim. Tata Technologies has yet to respond to inquiries regarding the breach's connection to an earlier cyberattack.
