Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, has been granted permission to leave France after a judge modified his supervision conditions during an ongoing criminal investigation. Durov was previously arrested for allegedly facilitating organized fraud and illegal activities on the platform. Following his release on bail, he was required to check in with authorities regularly. In a message to his followers, Durov expressed gratitude to the investigative judges and his legal team for their support. Despite this development, the investigation remains active, and Durov could still face trial in France.
