Zoom has announced a partnership with AI medical scribe provider Suki to enhance telehealth services on its platform. This collaboration enables doctors to utilize an AI assistant for taking notes during patient consultations. As the leading video-conferencing platform for telehealth visits in the U.S., Zoom aims to evolve its offerings beyond conferencing. Suki recently secured $70 million in Series D funding. While the market for AI medical scribes is competitive, experts believe differentiation among startups remains strong. Other players, including Amazon's One Medical, are also integrating AI tools into their services.
